I am a Senior Business Analyst / Senior Requirements Engineer with more than 10 years of experience in Information Technology area.
Own the following certifications: Certified Professional Business Analyst (CBAP® by IIBA®), Certified Data Analyst (by Google), Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner (CPOA® by IIBA®).
Personally, I do rely on continuous study and practical approach. Healthy professional interaction, transparency and clarity of the processes are the key points.

Independent Business & Data Analytics Projects
Overview: Delivered analysis and decision support within independent projects, including: data analytics initiatives and domain-specific business projects; non-profit analytical cooperation and knowledge sharing; mentoring and supporting junior analysts.

Raiffeisen Bank International AG
Overview: Customer master data management in the banking domain. Scrum-driven project, web-application for banking employees internal usage. The main goal of the project is to replace multiple legacy banking systems with a new modern solution that will cover cases either from the legacy systems, and new cases to automate existing processes, that maintained manually.
Product included a digital onboarding, payment flows, customer portals, or data-driven integrations typical for Retail Banking IT. Contributed to change-management activities including user training, communication, transition planning, and supporting adoption of new processes and systems.
Responsibilities: Requirements elicitation, business process modelling, communication with stakeholders. Alignment with multiple network units, collaboration within BA team. User stories, SRS, user manual, mockups creation. Accountable for activity and information management within Jira and Confluence, maintaining clear requirements traceability and project documentation. Legacy systems analysis, transition requirements preparation. API definition and review. Operational monitoring and health check of the system. Close collaboration with QA engineers, test cases review, regression testing, UAT, SIT and QAT testing, user training. Managed a software development lifecycle of the Agile product. Acting as a Scrum Master and QA engineer deputy.
Achievements:
- Optimized corporate clients' workflows for both the back and front office of the bank, resulting in a significant decrease in manual work and the ability to work with a single source of truth for customer data.
- Managed the work of a development team of over 30 people from three countries through a continuous delivery and requirements development process, as well as stakeholder and feature management.
- Revamped internal processes, leading to smoother cross-team collaboration and faster decision-making.
- Challenged legacy workflows, improved existing requirements in order to establish a single source of truth and improve delivery across the team

Overview: Projects in the Internet of Things and Embedded Solutions domains. Scrum- and Kanban-driven products, that include hardware, firmware, web and mobile development, machine learning, test stand streams.
Responsibilities: Full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from initiation through to delivery. Communication with customer, stakeholders, vendors, development team. Requirements elicitation, SRS creation, work with firmware protocols, API, voice control, machine learning. Prototyping, demo with clients. Product Backlog items preparation, software development lifecycle management. Support GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA compliance.
Achievements:
- Managed business needs, requirements, and customers' expectations, leading to successful project planning and product delivery.
- Organized internal processes, leading to smoother cross-team collaboration and faster decision-making.
Exadel
Overview: Products in taxation, accounting, and logistics domains. Scrum-driven products, which included web and mobile development, microservices concept. Within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) worked with a multicultural distributed team (more than 100 team members, including 4 Business Analysts).
Responsibilities: Communication with Product Owner, Business Analyst on the customer side and stakeholders, requirements gathering and identification, business process modelling, user stories and acceptance criteria creation, prototyping, work on development team side with requirements clarification, tight work with QA team on test cases reviewing and final approval of delivered functionality, combined Business Analyst position with Scrum Master role.
Achievements:
- Led a delivery process for key projects in taxation and accounting domains, leading to the satisfaction of business needs and new contracts for the company.
- Managed the work of a development team of over 100 people from six countries through a continuous delivery and requirements development process, as well as stakeholder and feature management.
Itransition
Overview: Product development in various domains, in some cases with social network system design in mind. Main focus was the analysis of customer's needs and ideas, and bringing them into implementation phase. End products consisted of web and mobile parts, with custom UI and very specific logic being implemented from the scratch.
Responsibilities: Full software development lifecycle (SDLC). Communication with customer, requirements gathering and analysis, business process modelling, SRS creation, prototyping, prototype demonstration to business side.
Achievements:
- Managed customers' needs and ideas, leading to bringing them into the implementation phase.
- Delivered 12 projects with an average team size of 5+ team members from the engineering side.
